Use these mindfulness tools and meditations as often as you like. I hope they serve as a guide that you can adjust as you cultivate your personal practice.
Meditation Basics 101 – Start here if you are looking for the why behind a meditation practice and need a basic framework to guide you.
The Simple Vida Meditation – This is my signature meditation that I use on a regular basis. It is a great mindfulness tool to help manage stress, regulate emotions, and improve well-being.
Well-being Check-in – A mindfulness exercise that can be done at anytime, anywhere. It is a great way to switch the brain to present moment awareness and break negative patterning cycles. As a bonus, it can be done in a matter of seconds.
Body Scan Relaxation – A guided exercise for relaxation and sleep to be completed while lying down in a resting position. I use visualization and body scanning to systematically release tension throughout the body and calm the mind. It is not uncommon to fall asleep before the recording ends!
Uncloud Your Mind– A body scan meditation for drawing the mind back to present moment awareness.
Finding Calm Meditation – A short but powerful breathing exercise for managing stress and decreasing anxiety.
Mind Renewal Meditation– A three minute meditation re-patterning negative thoughts and the stories we tell about ourselves. [audio
Nourishing Light Meditation – A quick meditation for overall well-being.
Peace meditation – A short meditation using a positive affirmation for calming the nervous system.
Self-love (Chakra) Meditation – A short, systematic meditation to increase a compassionate state of mind and positive self-talk.
Vitality Meditation – A short meditation for affirming optimal health and well-being. This is my go-to meditation when injury or illness is preventing me from exercising or my regular well-being regimen.
